Multiple choice

If you flew into New York and had two hours to kill in LaGuardia airport would you

A. Get a Taxi, go take your picture in Times Square to remember the moment, have famous NY pizza at Gino's and pray you make it back in time for your flight

B. sit in the airport, take your picture with a post card of Times Square, eat Domino's pizza and wish you had left the tourist filled hallway

C. Reschedule your flight and spend ample time hanging out in the beautiful Big Apple, oh and eat yummy Gino's pizza(I mean it's all about the pizza)

Answer honestly...This is a poll for a friend of mine who needs thoughts on how to handle his situation:)

I would say option A is quite optimistic, i mean sure, you dont have to get your tickets again, but leaving and then coming back means you got to go through security so you wont make it back in time, no matter how close the airport is to Times Square.

Now these last two options, it all depends on where this person is going and how excited are they about New York and if they actually need to be there when they first made the flight arrangements.

So if you really need to be there, then i am sorry, take option B, slightly regrettable, but unless you are from overseas, going to New York another time... not so tuff.

And if you are in LOVE with New York, and are feeling adventurous and don't HAVE to be there when you first schedule... take that risk my fine feathered friend, change that flight and rock it out and that BIG RED APPLE!

My experience with LGA was pretty bad (I fought my way out after a blizzard had just closed the airport for 2 days...and this was 3.5 years ago), so I may not be the best candidate to speak...but...security there is NUTS. And that cab ride to Manhattan is the longest 8-10 miles of your life.

If you don't have at least 6 to 8 hours between flights, I wouldn't think about it. Especially not just two hours. You might as well walk past security, get in the back of the line, and turn around and come back in. That will be a good two hours.

I would, however, fight for a window seat going in and coming out if they've never been to NYC before.

Definitely C, but that's because I haven't been to New York since I was 7!
