Have you ever had Gelato?

So what is Gelato you ask...well here is a definition for you:

Gelato is typically made with fresh fruit or other ingredients such as chocolate (pure chocolate, flakes, chips, etc.), nuts, small confections or cookies, or biscuits. Gelato made with water and without dairy ingredients is also known as sorbetto (also known as sorbet). Traditionally, milk-based gelato originated in northern Italy, while the fruit-and-water based sorbetto came from the warmer parts of southern Italy.

My definition would read:

Gelato is an absolutely amazing and indescribable dessert. Definitely not your average Ben and Jerry's!

Mal took us to have the best Gelato in town the other night and I must say we'll go back again and again. It's called Paolo's Gelato and it was so incredible. If you haven't tried it, you need to visit and we'll take you! You need to get GELATIZED as Paolo would say!

I love gelato!!! It's much better than ice cream in my opinion. I don't know what Emily would think about that!
